The Allround Dental Veneer Procedure
During your initial consultation, the dentist will discuss your smile goals with you and assess your oral health. Before you have veneer treatment, you need to be free from cavities or gum disease. If you’re deemed a good candidate for this procedure, we will prepare your teeth by removing small amounts of enamel.
The dentist will then take 3D digital impressions of your teeth. Our dedicated lab will use these impressions to create your custom porcelain veneers, with your preference of size, shape, and colour!
On your second visit to our Horsham dental practice, your dentist will fit and permanently bond your veneers using dental cement. They will then check your bite and make any necessary adjustments.

Do porcelain veneers damage your teeth?
Veneers require a small amount of enamel to be removed from your natural tooth so that they fit and adhere properly. As our cosmetic dentists are skilled professionals, this process will not be damaging to your natural tooth or impact the health of your smile.
What do teeth look like if veneers are removed?
Because your dentist will have removed some enamel to adhere your veneers, your natural teeth underneath will have a different texture, i.e. less polished, or have a slightly different shape that what you’re used to.
Does getting veneer treatment hurt?
At Allround Dental, we pride ourselves of providing pain-free comfortable treatment for all our patients. As such, most of our veneer patients felt no discomfort throughout their procedure. However, if you have particularly sensitive teeth or are a very nervous patient, we offer a conscious sedation offer to help you feel more relaxed in the dental chair.
